Brand Strategy · Identity · Bilingual System

Twenty-five years of trust, invisible.

Tarheeb has handled visas, company formation and document clearing in the UAE for over twenty-five years. In a category where reputation is the entire product, none of that reputation was visible in the brand.

The problem

Tarheeb came to us without a working brand system. A logo existed, but the master artwork did not, so every new application was rebuilt from whatever version was closest to hand. Colour shifted between touchpoints. Typography changed depending on who produced the asset.

Individually these are small errors. Together they read as something else entirely.

What the research told us

We ran a full strategic audit of the business before touching any design. What it surfaced was a mismatch between what Tarheeb had earned and what it was able to show.

The firm's genuine strengths were credibility and longevity: twenty-five years of operation, licensed professionals, and a client base built substantially on repeat business and referral. Its central threat was the opposite: an intensely crowded UAE market where dozens of firms offer an almost identical service list, competing primarily on price.

That combination defines the strategic problem. When the service list is identical across every competitor, price becomes the only visible difference, and price is a race no established firm wins. The one asset Tarheeb held that competitors could not copy was twenty-five years of earned trust. It simply wasn't legible anywhere.

The audit surfaced a second gap. Tarheeb operates in Ajman and Fujairah and serves a substantially Arabic-speaking audience, but the brand existed only in English.

In this category, clients hand over their documents, their money and their timeline before they receive anything at all. Inconsistency doesn't read as untidy. It reads as risk.

What we built

We rebuilt the identity as a system rather than a file. The mark was reconstructed as master artwork in every format the business actually uses, with a fixed palette and a defined typographic hierarchy behind it. The palette draws on the UAE national colours, a deliberate signal of local establishment rather than a generic corporate scheme.

Alongside it we developed an Arabic lockup. Not a translation of the wordmark, but a companion mark drawn to carry the same weight and presence as the Latin version, so the brand holds equal authority in either language.

A geometric pattern derived from the mark gives the system a recognisable texture across larger surfaces, and the whole thing was documented in usage guidelines covering clear space, minimum sizes, correct and incorrect application, and behaviour across backgrounds. The aim was to make consistency the path of least resistance rather than a matter of ongoing discipline.

We then put the system to work. Over the following period we produced Tarheeb's social output ourselves, applying the palette, typography and bilingual marks across every post, so the first impression a prospective client formed matched the twenty-five years standing behind it.
