The problem with most social output
Posts get made one at a time, often by different people, usually at speed. Six months in, the grid looks like six different companies. Colour has drifted, type has changed, the logo appears at four different sizes, and none of it resembles the brand guidelines that were paid for.
The fix is not more posts. It is a system: a defined set of templates, a fixed type and colour hierarchy for social specifically, and rules for how the brand behaves in a feed rather than on a letterhead.
What we do
We build the content system first, then produce against it. That includes static creative, carousels, motion, and the formats that actually perform in each market.
Where a client needs it, we also run the research: an audit of the current account, a competitive overview of who else the audience follows, and a content plan that says what should be posted and why, rather than filling a calendar.
Research and audit
An account audit looks at what is missing rather than what exists. Common findings are low video content, no structure to highlights, a bio that does not make the offer clear, no bilingual content in a market that needs it, and content that lists services without ever teaching the audience anything.
That last one matters more than most clients expect. In categories built on expertise, the accounts that grow are the ones that teach first and sell second.
What is included
Common questions
What is included in social media design?
A template system built from your brand, then ongoing creative produced against it: static posts, carousels, motion and short-form video. Where needed it also includes an account audit, a competitive overview and a content plan.
Do you manage posting as well as design?
Scope varies by engagement. Some clients take the design and schedule it themselves, others want the account produced end to end. We agree that at the start rather than assuming.
Can you work from our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. If guidelines exist we build the social system inside them. If they do not, or if they have drifted, we will say so before starting.
